This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") regulates relations in the field of protection personal data of visitors to the website https://rush.org.ua/en (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), which belongs to the CHARITY ORGANIZATION "RUSLAN SHOSTAK CHARITY FUND" (EDRPOU code 44821459, address 49000, Ukraine, Dnipropetrovsk region, Dnipro city, Gagarin avenue, building 7, apartment 21, registered in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the "Fund"). 
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS.
1.1. In this Policy, the following terms are used:
• personal data base - a named set of organized personal data in electronic form and/or in the form of personal data files;
• consent of the subject of personal data - voluntary expression of the individual's will (provided it awareness) regarding granting permission for the processing of her personal data in accordance with the stated purpose of their processing, expressed in a form that makes it possible to conclude that consent has been given;
• processing of personal data - any action or set of actions, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, change, renewal, use and distribution (distribution, implementation, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data, including using information (automated) systems;
• personal data - information or a set of information about a natural person who is identified or can be specifically identified;
• subject of personal data - a natural person whose personal data is processed;
• third party - any person, with the exception of the subject of personal data, the owner or administrator of personal data;

1.2. This Policy is designed to inform personal data subjects about the procedure for processing their personal data when visiting/using the Website, as well as to ensure the protection of their personal data during such processing.
1.3. This Policy, as well as the Fund's activities related to the collection, processing, storage and other lawful actions regarding personal data, are regulated by:
• the Constitution of Ukraine;
• Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" dated June 1, 2010 No. 2287-VI;
• other current normative legal acts of Ukraine, which regulate the issue of personal data protection;
• international legal acts ratified in Ukraine.
The law (including international), national and international regulatory acts governing the protection of personal data of residents of such countries also applies to legal relations that arise in the Fund in connection with the processing of personal data of residents of foreign jurisdictions.
1.4. The owner of personal data processed in connection with visiting/using the Website options is the Foundation. The Foundation has the right to fully or partially entrust the processing of personal data to third parties on the basis of a contract concluded in accordance with the requirements of current legislation.
1.5. A natural person is a subject of personal data according to this Policy, if he is a visitor to the Website, including if she uses any of the options available on the Website.
1.6. The fund guarantees that:
• adheres to good practice and regulatory requirements for the protection of personal data;
• protects the rights of personal data subjects;

1.8. 2.1. The Foundation may collect and process the following information about you:

2.3. Legal basis for data processing: when visiting the Website, the Foundation processes your personal data if

The Foundation does not process personal data about racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or ideological beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, criminal convictions, as well as data related to health, sex life, biometric or genetic data, except for cases defined by law.
 
3. RIGHTS OF PERSONAL DATA SUBJECTS.
3.1. When visiting/using the Website, you have the right to:
• to receive from the Fund information not specified in this Policy regarding the processing, terms of providing access to your personal data, or to give an appropriate mandate to receive this information by persons authorized by you, except for cases specified by law;
• for free access to your personal data;
• receive a response to the request regarding the processing of your personal data in the manner and within the time limit determined by the current legislation;
• submit a reasoned claim with an objection to the processing of your personal data, or regarding the modification or destruction of your personal data, if such data is processed illegally or is
unreliable;
• to protect your personal data from illegal processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, failure to provide or untimely provision of them, as well as protection from providing information that is unreliable or disgraces the honor, dignity and business reputation of a natural person;
• withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data;
